As a provider of consumer and business data to the marketing industry, Xpress Information is committed to responsible direct marketing engagement with consumers. As such we value the consumer’s right to be marketed to, as well as their right to privacy. Xpress Information only engages with accredited and legal data sources, accessing information that falls within the public domain or data obtained by consumer consent. Every effort is made to ensure all data held is secure and inaccessible to criminals.

Xpress Information’s standard policy when engaging with Marketers is to verify the intended purpose for which the consumer contact information will be utilized. We will also make every endeavour to help prevent consumer details being over exploited in any given period. This is achieved by opting to exclude certain consumers from a campaign, even though they may meet the criteria, should marketing of a similar effort already be underway.

As a member of the DMA, Xpress Information is unwavering in working within the code of ethics and standards of practice of the DMA and the Laws of our country. Every list provided to our clients is first “de-duped” against the DMA “Do not contact” list, to ensure those consumers who do not wish to be marketed to, are removed upfront. In addition, Xpress Information maintains an exclusion list by industry category for those consumers who have communicated their marketing preferences for or against certain industry sectors. All data transactions are logged and clear audit trails are maintained by Xpress Information on inbound as well as outbound data.
